Our school recently held its Investiture Ceremony, a proud and inspiring event that marked the official appointment of the new Student Council for the academic year. The ceremony celebrated leadership, responsibility, and the spirit of service among our students.
The event began with the lighting of the lamp and a welcome speech by the Principal, who emphasized the importance of student leadership and the values of honesty, dedication, and teamwork.
The newly elected Head Boy, Head Girl, Sports Captains, House Captains, and other council members marched with pride and discipline during the guard of honour, receiving their badges and sashes from the Principal and senior staff.
Each leader then took the Oath of Office, promising to uphold the values of the school and carry out their duties with sincerity and integrity.
The Principal, teachers, and guest speakers encouraged the council members to lead by example and become role models for their peers. Their motivating words reminded everyone that leadership is not about power, but about responsibility and service.
The Investiture Ceremony was not just a formal occasion, but a meaningful reminder of the trust placed in student leaders. It was a proud moment for the entire school community, as we witnessed the beginning of a new chapter of leadership and teamwork.
